Device Logs

The GPS Tracking mobile app will detect some key events and notify the account owner by sending an email message. For example, when all the locations services are enabled at the mobile, you will get the next message (please note that the mobile user can disable or enable location services, and that’s why we will send you some related notes):

‘<device-name>’ device has just sent a new log message:
Location Services. GPS and NETWORK services are available.

Location Services. GPS and NETWORK services are available.
Everything is working (to get the GPS location at least 1 service (native GPS or NETWORK) must be enabled on the mobile).

Only GPS service is available.
Only native GPS service is enabled. Getting device location will take longer or fail in some circumstances.

Only NETWORK location service is available.
Only NETWORK location service is enabled. You may get less-accurate device locations.

No locations services available /  No services available.
You will not get any device location, as the user has disabled the mobile GPS

GPS has been disabled by user while getting location.
You will not get any device location, as the user has disabled the mobile GPS

START command, application is running.
The SMS ‘START’ command has been received, and application is running correctly.

User has tapped the app to trigger an alert!
The mobile app can be used to manually trigger an SOS alert.

Tracking app settings correctly updated.
If you change the mobile tracking settings, you will get a message when those changes take effect.
