The POI (Point of Interest) Visit Time report shows you how long your employees have been at your list of POI-related locations (for example, how long they stay for a customer visit).
To get the report, just select the related devices for which you want to get the report by clicking on the Select Devices button and set the related time period (From/To). A list report which describes the time spent at each Point of Interest will be displayed. For example, you’ll see the total amount of time that your employee spent at the office (if you defined an “office” POI).
The chart report will also show you the different POIs that you’ve created in different colors. You can print or download the chart as a PNG, JPEG, PDF or SVG file.
Since GPS/device location services cannot always provide the required location accuracy, you can define an accuracy filter value and Speed Tolerance to get the most suitable results. For example, if you set the accuracy filter for locations if accuracy is less than 600 feet, results will only use locations with less than 600-feet accuracy.
Finally, if you need to download a generated report as a CSV file, click on Get CSV File. A new report document file will be created to download.
